What stays on your device
Bill images, OCR text, analyses, and letters are stored on your iPhone. The server receives extracted text only when you choose to analyze or draft a letter.
AI sub-processor
When you use analysis features, extracted text is sent to our Cloudflare Worker and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not use AI Gateway prompt logging, and the Worker does not store document content.
Account and purchases
If you sign in, we store a server user ID, your Apple account subject, entitlement records, and usage counters. Apple handles payment details. Purchases are linked to your server user ID through StoreKit appAccountToken.
